STATEMENT

A seat for everyone.

We want every guest to be able to explore our menu, plan a visit and reserve a table online, including people who use assistive technology.

Our commitment

D'Rose Gastrobar is committed to making drosegastrobar.com accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and we treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-time task.

What we have done

  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and a logical heading structure on every page.
  • Full keyboard navigation with visible focus, and dialogs that close with the Escape key.
  • Color combinations chosen for readable contrast, and forms with visible labels.
  • Respect for your device's reduced-motion setting.
  • An accessibility menu (the round button at the bottom of every page) to enlarge text, raise contrast, switch to grayscale, highlight links, use a simpler font, add text spacing, pause animations and enlarge the cursor. Your choices are saved on your device.

Third-party services

Some features are provided by partners, such as table reservations and gift cards (Toast), maps (Google) and social media embeds. We choose providers that work to support accessibility, but we do not control their content. If any of them gets in your way, contact us and we will help you directly, including taking your reservation by phone.

Known limitations

Some photographs of dishes are decorative and are intentionally hidden from screen readers. Menus are published as web text; if you need a menu in another format, such as large print, just ask.
