TERMS
OF USE
The fine print.
The rules for using our website, written as plainly as we could.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use apply to drosegastrobar.com and any page that links to them (the "Website"), operated by D'Rose Gastrobar ("D'Rose," "we," "us"). By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Using the Website
You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes: to learn about our restaurant, view menus, plan a visit, book a table, inquire about events or apply for a job. You agree not to misuse the Website, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, send spam or harmful code, or collect information about other users.
Menus, prices and events
Menus, prices, hours, promotions and event details are provided for convenience and can change without notice. Items may vary by availability and season. Prices shown online do not include tax or gratuity unless stated. If there is a difference between the Website and what is offered in the restaurant, the in-restaurant information applies.
Allergies and dietary needs
Our kitchen handles common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish. Menu descriptions may not list every ingredient. Please tell your server about any allergy or dietary need before ordering. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests 21 years of age or older with valid identification, and we may refuse service at our discretion. Please drink responsibly.
Reservations, orders and gift cards
Reservations, online ordering, gift cards and email sign-ups are handled by third-party providers such as Toast. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and any purchase you make through them is subject to their conditions and to our restaurant policies.
Private event inquiries
Submitting a private event form is a request for information, not a booking. An event is confirmed only after we send a written proposal and you accept it under its terms, including any deposit.
Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including the D'Rose name and logo, photographs, text, menus and design, belong to D'Rose or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
Links to other websites
The Website links to services we do not control, such as Toast, Google Maps and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.
Disclaimers
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its information is always complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, D'Rose and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website.
Indemnity
You agree to hold D'Rose harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Website or your violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute relating to the Website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the bottom of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
